An eternal learner
How does a shy but hyper, ambitious but apprehensive, and quiet yet friendly person make it in this paradoxical world? By life doing a number on you as it did to me.
Life took me through its own experiments — heartbreak, burnout, confusion, and moments of profound clarity and magic.
I simply made a choice to stop juggling all the different hats I was wearing and learn to focus with courage and trust, and that’s when life became a game instead of an endless chore. I wanted answers, but not the “Life is painful, bear with it” kind.
I used my experience as a scientist, writer, and mentor to devour and amalgamate insights from neuroscience, psychology, and spiritual wisdom into a simple book. One book, that’s it. That’s all you will need if you apply it properly. I also created a space where like minds and catapult each other’s wins.
